There is a phrase that I use very often when talking about and to people who believe in God, yet at the same time will and have voted for Trump. “Sometimes people want to be so close to Jesus that the Devil will do.” It has been and is for me perplexing that anyone would, could, be willing to attribute anything Jesus like, to one Donald J. Trump. On the other side of that coin if they or anyone would attribute anything to him to being The Devil in flesh I would understand perfectly. Talking about grabbing women by the pussy and just getting away with it, is something that I would attribute to The Devil, not Jesus. Telling people to drink Bleach to cure themselves from the plague that I ushered in, again is something that I would attribute to The Devil not Jesus. The lust for revenge when you are held accountable for the shit you did is something that I would attribute to The Devil not Jesus.

Now I am not a believer in Christianity but I have studied Christianity in America especially when it comes to race, and I’ve always been focused on the duplicity, hypocrisy, and blasphemy of white christian men, who self proclaim as Christian but are racist. For example, and again I am not a Christian, but there would seem to me to be nothing more Satanical than burning a cross. Still so called Christians burned crosses in America to terrify Black people. Now we can look at that one of two ways, one that your hatred of Black people is so great that you are willing to burn the beloved symbol of your faith in order to scare the shit out of Black people, and terrorize them at the cost of being blasphemous. Or two that you are telling Black people, ‘you see this cross, this symbol of the faith that I gave to you, well just as easy as I gave you Christianity I can take it away. As a matter fact there is no God but me the White Man. I am so close to God that I can burn a cross. White people in America have a history of letting Black people know where they stand, you want to be more Christian than us, we will bomb your church, you want to elect the first African-American president, we will destroy democracy as we know it. Sounds like a stretch, not at all.

Some may not see this but I do, Democracy is the closest thing we have to Christ right now. Democracy requires faith, participation, morals, values, decency, checks and balances, determination, resilience, compassion and patience. I’m sure there are more adjectives that I could add but that would be redundant. Do any of the above sound like the attributes of a Donald J. Trump? Forget Christ Donald J. Trump couldn’t even be a Musketeer. There isn’t a single one for all, all for one bone in his body. Still people liken him to Jesus. Again I’m not a Christian but Jesus wouldn’t wear Cheat-O colored make up.

I understand that there is a segment of the population that is fearful of the change they see in America, and in order to subside that fear they want to socially reengineer America. Not for the betterment of all but mostly for the White Male, reengineer America back to a White Male Patriarchy, and they have rules for doing so. Rule number one we need a figure head someone who comes off tuff and speaks to our grievances. And maybe not only speak to our grievances but makes them disappear even if that means making human beings disappear, history disappear, rights disappear. Then we have to control the women, the men can’t make the babies, so we need our women to have more babies and we want most of those babies to be white male babies. You see it’s not just about the babies it’s about who those babies are and where they come from. And just in case we need to bring in more white people period, and where can we get pipeline of people that are used to authoritarian rule to add to our population that look the part, Russia. Does this sound like I’m going off on a tangent, may be I am may be I’m not?

Donald J. Trump wants to dismantle democracy as we know it because she is at a crucial point of working for everyone. And there is a small subset of America, that is rich, white, and wealthy that doesn’t want it to happen, can’t let it happen, a subset that is in a not on my watch state of mind. Once a democracy becomes more Christ like, more accepting, giving, the more that subset is forced back or pushed to the margins. And maybe as long as they can be protected, let’s call them the American Oligarchs the happier they’ll be. Even if that means like those cross burners, burning democracy down.

Being accepting, being giving, being open these are democratic principles that sound Christ like. Donald J. Trump is Anti-Democracy and that makes him in my opinion Anti-Christ.
